You are on a CSM team that's committed to revolutionizing Customer Success. You are someone passionate about client growth, and know how to deliver long-term value. Decision makers at leading SaaS companies trust you when it comes to all things Planhat and Customer Success.

You find it easy to engage with people. You quickly elicit your customers' strategic goals, and ultimately deliver significant ROI through leveraging our platform. From implementation to renewal and beyond, you help companies to build their business around their customers.

You will be joining one of our CS teams based in London or Stockholm.

Team

Our CS team takes a proactive approach. We harness Planhat's data and unique insights to anticipate customer challenges and opportunities. We empower our clients to do the same.

Our CSMs excel at meeting client needs, across unique contexts and situations, this means:

  • Understanding customers across just about any industry; accelerating time to value, and delivering a tailored customer experience that is always world-class

  • Driving the adoption of our products to achieve long-term customer success (everything from key stakeholder buy-in, to nitty-gritty implementation of specific features)

  • Guiding people at every stage of the customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, success, and renewal); ironing out complexity whenever it arises

The Planhat platform is already loved and trusted by thousands of users to manage more than two million clients across the world. This is an opportunity to join an experienced and global team during a pivotal expansion phase.

Competencies

CS can not easily be summed up by years of experience or a list of skills on a CV, it transcends metrics, and requires a varied toolkit:

  • Own and deliver value: Take pride in setting ambitious goals alongside global CS leaders, and achieving them through Planhat's tools. Orchestrate and own the customer journey, from strategies, implementations, renewals, churn prevention, and expansions. Consistently exceeding targets externally and internally.

  • A bias for action: Self-motivated, and proactive in nature. Waiting for things to come your way is not your thing, you make it happen.

  • Tech-savvy: you quickly pick up technical products, and are adept at explaining them to others in the right level of detail.

  • Global focus: Fluency in French/German/Dutch would be the icing on the cake.

Most of our CSMs today have:

  • Succeeded in a ‘closing’ role, either in sales, or CS (up-sell, renewals, and churn prevention) at a B2B SaaS/fast growth company

  • CS thought leadership within an organisation, and beyond
