Our finance team consists of a handful highly talented finance professionals, we wear many hats as we support the entire organization:
Perceptive and business-savvy: go deep into numbers, and understand commercial reality; preempt issues before they arise, figure out how to get things done, and do it
Focus and prioritise: know when to dig into the weeds, when to raise red flags, when a whole process needs fixing, and when a quick win will doCurious and proactive: initiate rather than respond; learn quickly, spot patterns, connect the dots. Implement and drive processes that work and make life easier for people

Competencies
This is not about academic grades or years of experience, it’s something deeper:
Vendor management: crop up 'everywhere', and have a positive impact; whether it is vendor bills, communication, documentation, compliance, or anything in between.
Attention to detail: process card transactions and reimbursements, book costs correctly in line with expense policy 'spend the company money as if it's your own'
Tech-savvy: Manage our ERP system, maintain accurate information, and spot opportunities to automate manual tasks
'Whatever it takes' attitude: see what needs doing and pitch in, this is a startup and day-to-day needs vary. No task is too small, whether purchasing supplies, assisting with employee paperwork, or whatever else is needed to help the team operate more efficiently
Effective collaboration: fluent/native Swedish, as well as English, reading vendor contracts in Swedish, and writing internal guidelines (in English) for 100s of colleagues across the globe. Only applications in Swedish will be considered.
